I bring over 5 years of professional IT support experience, specializing in everything from system troubleshooting to cloud infrastructure. I'm Microsoft Certified (Azure Administrator - AZ-104) and CompTIA Cloud+ Certified, which means I know how to build, secure, and manage modern cloud environments — but I also know how to fix your PC when it’s acting up or make your Wi-Fi actually reach the back bedroom.

Early in my career, I gained valuable hands-on experience working with the Santa Cruz County Office of Education, helping deploy and support hundreds of devices across campuses. Since then, I’ve grown into a trusted IT partner for the Capitola community.
